Information and specifications

Website content is general sourcing information. Product availability, composition, construction, nominal values, tolerances, testing, color and delivery terms become binding only when stated in an accepted order document.

Samples and production

Swatches, lab dips, strike-offs, handlooms and sample yardage represent their stated approval purpose. They do not replace review of a production lot. Natural and process variation may occur within agreed tolerances.

Intellectual property

Site text, presentation and graphics may not be republished without permission. Buyer-supplied specifications and designs remain subject to the parties' applicable agreement.

Liability boundary

Users must confirm material suitability for their interior product, process, care instructions and destination requirements. Applicable commercial documents govern any transaction.
